Gentle Lullaby is a full spectrum doula business that aims to provide empowering and supportive services, including childbirth, pregnancy, and postpartum support. Our founder is a board-certified music therapist who specializes in working with neurodiverse and disabled communities, and has ample experience with mental health support. She started Gentle Lullaby in January 2024 with the aim of providing continuous services throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. She is dedicated to supporting clients' journey to parenthood.
We offer a wide variety of support to all parents, including expectant birthing parents/mothers, non-traditional families, and LGBTQIA+ families, as well as expecting and current parents, disabled parents, and neurodivergent parents. Our focus is on creating a fulfilling and empowering experience for our clients, while also offering supportive services to individuals and families in need, with specific goals of providing an inclusive environment and support for marginalized communities. At Gentle Lullaby, we believe that every person deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience, and we strive to make that a reality for all of our clients.

At Gentle Lullaby, we believe in a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We understand that this is a transformative time in a person's life and we strive to provide personalized care and support that meets the unique needs of each client. Our services are grounded in evidence-based practices and multicultural traditions passed down generationally. We also collaborate with healthcare providers and birth teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and their families.
We are committed to providing inclusive and supportive care to all types of parents, including those in the neurodivergent, queer, and disabled communities. We recognize that every family is different and we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each client. Our goal is to empower our clients to make informed decisions about their care and to support them throughout their journey to parenthood.
